Workout of the Day (7.17.2016)

Hot and steamy and full of chlorine from an afternoon at the pool with the boys. I also managed to squeeze in a 5 lap swim while we were there. 

I worked this nice little gem in while making dinner. 
20 minutes spin bike.

20 minute EMOM (every minute on the minute)

  • 10 dumbbell good mornings
  • 10 walking lunges
  • 10 deadlift
  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 med ball front slams

 Channeling my inner Julie Andrews … These are a few of my favorite things! 

Get out there and lift something heavy, friends!
